Managing Multiple Locations with the Enterprise Dashboard π’
Welcome to your NX Mobile command center! If you manage more than one restaurant or enterprise, the Enterprise Dashboard is designed to give you a high-level "birds-eye view" of your entire business operations in seconds.
Instead of logging in and out of different accounts, you can see how all your locations are performing side-by-side. Itβs the fastest way to spot trends, check labor costs, and ensure every storefront is running smoothly! ππ¨
π± Exploring Your Dashboard
When you first open the app, youβll see a list of all the enterprises you have permission to access. Here is how to read your data:
Select Your Date: At the top of the screen, youβll see a date selector (e.g., Mar 07, 26). Use the arrows βοΈ βΆοΈ to toggle between days, or tap the calendar icon ποΈ to pick a specific date you want to review.
View Real-Time Stats: Each location card displays two vital "at-a-glance" metrics:
Net Sales: How much revenue that location has brought in so far today. π°
Labor Cost: The current cost of staff on the clock for that location. π₯
Search for a Specific Site: Have a long list of locations? Tap the Magnifying Glass π in the top right corner to quickly search for an enterprise by name.
Dive Deeper: Tap on any location card to open the detailed Sales view for that specific enterprise.
π‘ Quick Tips for Success
Zeroed Out? If you see $0.00 for a location (like "Rainier Hospital" in the example), it usually means the location hasn't opened for the day yet or hasn't processed any transactions.
Navigation Bar: Use the icons at the bottom of your screen to jump between Sales, Shifts, your Account settings, or your Notifications center. π
β Need Help?
Not seeing a specific location?
If a restaurant you manage isn't appearing on your dashboard, your user permissions might need an update. Contact your system administrator to ensure your account is linked to all necessary enterprises. π
Data seems out of date?
The dashboard updates frequently, but you can always "pull down" on the list to refresh the data manually and get the most recent numbers! π
