Managing a large operation with multiple storefronts or "venues" under one brand? The Multi-Venue Dashboard in NX Mobile is your best friend! This view allows you to compare performance across all your different locations in one consolidated screen.
By using this dashboard, you can quickly identify which venues are hitting their targets and which might need a little extra support with their labor management.
๐ฑ Navigating the Multi-Venue View
Once you select an Enterprise from your main dashboard, you'll see a breakdown of every venue assigned to it. Here is how to make the most of this data:
Visual Performance Chart: At the top, you'll find a handy bar chart that visually compares Net Sales (Blue) and Labor Cost (Yellow) for your top-performing venues. This makes it easy to see the "gap" between revenue and staffing costs at a glance! ๐
Detailed Venue List: Below the chart, every venue is listed with its specific financial data:
Net Sales: The total revenue generated by that specific venue today.
Labor Cost: The current dollar amount spent on staffing for that venue.
Search and Filter: Use the Magnifying Glass ๐ to find a specific venue if you have a long list of locations.
Favorite a Venue: Tap the Star icon โญ in the top right corner to save this enterprise as a favorite for even faster access next time!
๐ก Understanding Your Data
Comparing Venues: Look for venues like "NX The Venue" where sales are significantly higher than labor costsโthat's a sign of a healthy shift!
Empty Data? If a venue shows $0.00 for both sales and labor, it likely hasn't opened for business yet or no staff have clocked in for that specific date.
Changing Dates: Just like the main dashboard, you can tap the Date Bar at the top to look back at previous days' performance.
โ Troubleshooting
Why is my bar chart empty?
The chart typically highlights the venues with the most activity. If only one venue has processed sales so far today, the chart may look a bit lonely! Once more venues start their shifts, the comparison will fill in automatically. ๐
A venue is missing from the list!
Double-check that the venue is correctly assigned to the Enterprise in your main NX Back Office settings. If it's there but not on your mobile app, try logging out and back in to refresh your permissions. ๐
How do I see specific employee shifts?
To see who is currently working at a specific venue, simply tap on that Venue Card to dive into the location-specific details, or tap the Shifts icon at the bottom of your screen. ๐
