Managing Your Subscriptions and Billing
The Subscriptions area is your central hub for managing the financial health of your NX platform. It provides a transparent view of your active services, upcoming costs, and a full history of your past invoices.
To access this dashboard, navigate to Venue > Subscriptions in the left-hand sidebar.
1. Billing Overview
The Billing section gives you a real-time snapshot of your current financial status:
Latest Invoice: Displays the amount due and what has already been paid for your most recent billing cycle.
Upcoming Invoice: Shows your next scheduled payment amount and the date it will be processed (e.g., 3/10/2026).
Billing Cycle: Indicates the specific day of the month your account is billed.
Invoice Items: A quick count of the different services or devices currently included in your subscription.
2. Subscription Items
On the right side of the dashboard, you will find a detailed list of every active service tied to your venue:
Subscription Name: Identifies the specific license or service, such as a hardware tablet or a software module.
Status: A clear, color-coded indicator (e.g., a green ACTIVE tag) showing that the service is live and authorized for use.
3. Invoice History
For easy bookkeeping and tax preparation, the Invoice History table at the bottom of the page logs every transaction:
Date & Status: Track exactly when an invoice was generated and if it is marked as paid.
Amount Due & Balance: View the total cost of each period and verify that your remaining balance is $0.00.
Invoice Downloads: Each entry includes a link to the official PDF invoice, allowing you to view or print detailed records for your files.
