The Go Live Date setting in NX Restaurant allows you to define when the venue officially starts using the system for live operations. This ensures that any test transactions or training data recorded before the venue’s real opening are excluded from financial and sales reports.

How to Set the Go Live Date
- In the NX Restaurant portal, navigate to: Venue > General Settings
- On the General tab, locate the Go Live Date field.
- Enter the official start date using the calendar picker (e.g., 03/31/2024).
- Click Save in the lower-right corner to confirm the changes.
Additional Tips
- The Time Zone should also be verified to ensure that reporting aligns with local business hours.
- Once set, the Go Live Date should not be changed unless advised by an NX administrator.
