How to Set Up Your Notifications ⚙️
Follow these simple steps to start receiving your daily summaries:
Log In: Open your NX Restaurant dashboard.
Navigate to Merchant Accounts: On the left-hand sidebar, click on Venue and then select Merchant Accounts.
Select Your Account: Click on the specific merchant account you wish to configure (e.g., "NX Pay PB").
Find the Email Field: Scroll down to the Batch Notification emails section.

Enter Your Details: Type in the email addresses that should receive the daily report.
Tip: You can add multiple email addresses! Just press enter or use a comma to separate them.
Save Your Changes: Click the Save button at the bottom right of the screen. ✅
What’s Inside the Email? 📩
Every morning after your batch settles (usually around 2:00 AM), you’ll receive a clean, easy-to-read summary. Here is what you’ll find:
Settlement Time: Exactly when the batch was processed.
Card Breakdown: Totals for Amex, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Grand Total: The total amount settled for the day, including tips.
Support Info: Quick links to contact your NX Support Partner if you have questions.
Important Things to Remember 📝
Funding Times: While the notification tells you when the batch settled, the actual money landing in your bank account depends on your specific banking institution’s processing times.
Tips Included: Don't forget—the totals shown in these emails already include the tips entered into the system!
