The Credit Card (CC) Batch Report provides a detailed breakdown of all credit card transactions processed during one or more selected business days.
This report helps managers reconcile credit card activity, confirm deposit totals, and verify the status of each transaction that was included in a batch submission.

The CC Batch Report allows you to:
- Review all credit card transactions submitted for one or more business days.
- Verify totals by card type and by business date.
- Identify which transactions have successfully completed and which were processed offline.
- Confirm batch submission and settlement status with your payment processor.
This report is essential for daily reconciliation and deposit verification.

At the bottom, you’ll find the total batch values and a Generated at timestamp to show when the report was created.

2. Detailed Transaction Listing
Below the summary, NX lists every transaction included in the batch. Each row represents a single credit card transaction, showing key details such as card type, total amount, and transaction source.

Each transaction includes auth codes and masked account numbers for audit and reconciliation. Offline transactions will display “OFFLIN” under the authorization field to indicate they were processed while the device was offline and later captured after reconnection.
