(Most modern Wi-Fi or Ethernet printers from HP, Brother, Canon, Epson, and Xerox made in recent years support this automatically).
Same Network Connection: Your office printer must be powered on and connected to the exact same Wi-Fi or local network as your NX POS terminal.
Standard Office Printer: Remember, thermal receipt and kitchen printers are for orders and guest checks—full-page report printing requires a standard paper office printer!

1.Step 1: Open Your Report:Select your report.

Log into NX POS, navigate to Reports, choose the report you want to view, and select your desired date range or filters.

2.Step 2: Tap Print:Tap the print icon.

Tap the Print button at the top of the report screen.

If printing a Shift Summary (End of Day), it will print immediately to your register tape.
For all other reports, the system pop-up print window will open automatically.

3.Step 3: Select Your Printer & Options:Configure paper settings.
