Removing a Discount from an Order in NX Restaurant

In NX Restaurant, you can remove an applied discount from an order using the Info and Discount icons in the order header. This is helpful when a discount was applied by mistake or needs to be adjusted.

1. Recalling the Order

Step 1: Access the Order

• Navigate to the order via the Floor Plan, Tab List, or Order List.

• Tap to open and view the active order.

2. Opening the Discount Management View

Step 1: Tap the Info Icon

• In the header of the order screen, tap the Info (ℹ️) icon.

Step 2: Tap the Discount Icon

• From the Info view, tap the Discount Icon, which looks like two stacked tags.

• This will open the discount management screen, showing all discounts currently applied to the order.

3. Removing the Discount

Step 1: Select the Discount

• Tap on the discount you wish to remove.

• The selected discount will be highlighted.

Step 2: Tap Remove

• Once highlighted, a Remove button will appear.

• Tap Remove to delete the discount from the order.
