  • Kitchen Display System (KDS) Enhancements:
    • Order Items now show real-time status in Order Info: In Kitchen, Bumped, with timestamp.
    • Improved KDS memory performance and support for coursing & seating position workflows.
  • Guest Display Content:
    • Customize Guest Display images and messages directly via the NX Portal.
  • Coursing & Seating Positions (Beta):
    • Items can be grouped and printed by Course or Seating Position based on Portal configuration.
    • Courses and positions are assigned during item modification.
  • Kiosk Menu Category Image Customization:
    • Display unique images per category on Kiosk, separate from online ordering configuration.
  • Tip Adjust Enhancements:
    • Improved layout and usability on NX6 devices for tip adjustment workflows.
  • Local Support Partner Info:
    • Device Info (Cloud) tab now shows venue's support partner contact info and a new “Request Help” button.
    • Help form is sent directly to backend for streamlined assistance.

  • Removed unnecessary toast for missing cash drawer on non-cash drawer devices.
  • Shift Report now allows proper employee selection for users with full visibility.
  • Fixed issue where order items remained selected after modification.
  • POS Device selection logic improved for optimal routing of print jobs.
  • POS Devices now reliably transition out of the Device Init screen.
  • Auto-logout works across POS stations and the cloud for better session management.
  • Orders routed to inactive KDS screens are no longer shown if expired.
  • Corrected status-saving delay for Menu Items during rapid ring/send actions.
  • Split screen performance improved for venues with high item/order volume.
