Requesting an RMA or Support for NX POS Devices
If you experience a hardware issue with your NX POS device, you can easily request support or an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) through the Touch Dynamic Support Portal.
🔹 Step 1: Access the Support Portal
Go to:
👉 https://support.touchdynamic.com/portal/
Create an account via the Create New User Account option if you do not already have a Touch Dynamic portal account.
Once logged in you’ll see a home screen similar to this:

🔹 Step 2: Choose the Correct Option
You can start either a Support Ticket or an RMA Request depending on your situation:
- Support Ticket – For troubleshooting, technical issues, or configuration help.
- RMA Request – For hardware replacements or repairs.
Click the corresponding tile to begin.
🔹 Step 3: Complete the RMA / Support Form
On the form page, fill in the required fields as shown below:

| Summary | A short description of your issue (e.g., “NX15 Touchscreen not responding”). |
| Details | A detailed explanation of the problem. Include screenshots or photos if possible. |
| Email CC List | Optional — add any other recipients to receive ticket updates. You are welcome to include the NX Support team: support@joinnx.com |

| Serial Number | Enter the serial number found on your device label or in Esper. |
Make sure to fill out all mandatory fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
🔹 Step 4: Submit the Request
Once your form is complete:
- Review your information for accuracy.
- Click Submit to send your ticket to Touch Dynamic’s support team.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the ticket has been created.
🔹 Step 5: Track Your Ticket
Return to the portal homepage and click View My Tickets to check your ticket’s progress or communicate with the support team.
💡 Tips for a Smooth RMA Process
- Include photos or videos of the issue when possible — this speeds up diagnosis.
- Ensure your serial number is accurate to avoid delays.
- If the device is completely unresponsive, note this clearly in your summary.
- Keep an eye on your email for status updates from Touch Dynamic.
- Response promptly to requests for additional information.
