The Pax A35 EMV/credit card reader is a networked payment device used with NX Restaurant systems.
If the reader is stuck on a screen or not responding, there are two ways to reboot the device.
Option 1
Press and hold the ‘X’ and ‘O’ button for 5-8 seconds, the operation system will reset.
Option 2
Pull the power cable from either the reader device or power source. Leave unplugged for 30 seconds and reconnect, the device will automatically turn on and boot.
