Our Uptime Commitment π€
We are dedicated to your success! NX commits to a monthly Platform Uptime of 99.8%.
This means we work around the clock to ensure our core infrastructure is available whenever you need it. We calculate this by taking the total minutes in a month and subtracting any unexpected downtime.
What is covered?
Our uptime guarantee covers the NX Cloud Infrastructure. However, there are a few things outside of our control that aren't included in this calculation:
Local Issues: Internet outages at your restaurant, power failures, or hardware damage (like a dropped tablet). π
Third-Party Apps: Issues with integrations or apps not made by NX.
User Actions: Accidental settings changes or interference by outside technicians.
Scheduled Maintenance: Planned "tune-ups" (detailed below).
π‘ Good to know: NX is an offline-first system. This means that even if the platform has a brief hiccup, your individual venue can usually keep taking orders and serving guests without missing a beat! π

During these times, some features might be a little slower than usual. While we try to keep services running, brief outages may occur during our Monthly window.
