NX Restaurant Support
NX Restaurant systems are supported through a network of local NX Support Partners who work directly with restaurant operators.
Local Partner Support
Restaurants and their operators collaborate with their NX Support Partner to:
- Purchase and implement their NX system
- Install hardware and software
- Configure and maintain their setup
- Receive ongoing support and training
If you have questions or need assistance with your NX Restaurant system, please contact your local NX Support Partner. They are your primary point of contact for all support needs.
Finding Support Information in the POS
You can quickly access your support partner’s contact information from the POS:
- Tap the cloud icon in the top-right corner of the POS App.
- Select Request Support.
This screen displays your support partner’s contact information and also provides an option to email your support partner directly through the app by tapping the Request Help button.
