Switching Venues on a Station in NX Restaurant
This guide explains how Dealer Team Members can switch venues on a station in NX Restaurant. This is typically used when a station device needs to be repurposed for a different restaurant location or venue.
1. When to Switch Venues

Moving a station device to a different restaurant location.

Reassigning a device from one venue to another for operational purposes.

Updating venue assignments for Dealer Team Members assisting multiple clients.
2. How to Switch Venues
Step 1: Access the Venue Switch Screen

From the station’s main screen, tap the Version Number in the bottom left corner.
Step 2: Enter Dealer Team Member Phone Number

Enter your mobile phone number in the field provided.

This number must match the phone number associated with your Dealer Team Member account.
Step 3: Enter the Verification Code

A verification code will be sent via text message to your mobile device.

Enter the code in the designated field on the screen.
Step 4: Select the Desired Venue

After verifying, a list of available venues will appear.

Select the venue you want to assign to this station.
Step 5: Confirm the Venue Switch

Confirm the selection to complete the venue switch process.

The station will now be assigned to the selected venue, you can confirm by looking at the venue name listed in the top left corner.
- If when the app reloads it's still on the old venue, you may need to reload the app.
3. Important Notes

Only Dealer Team Members with proper permissions can switch venues.

The phone number and verification process ensure secure access.

Subscriptions on the new venue will still need to be assigned.
