All NX Restaurant devices are controlled via Esper MDM and if the device is in 'Kiosk Mode' the device will not allow you to exit the NX Restaurant App.
If you need to change settings such as wifi, display rotation, sound levels, or reboot the device while the NX Restaurant App is running there are two ways to access Esper Settings.
1. If the the NX App is not provisioned or only loads to the initializing screen, tap on the NX Logo or Venue Assignment QR code 3 times within 10 seconds.
2. If the NX App is loaded and you are able to see the cloud icon in the top left corner, you can tap the icon for status info. From this area, select the Device Settings button.
Once in the Esper Settings area you can navigate and change device settings as needed. Selecting the back button at the bottom right navigation area will take you back to the NX Restaurant App.
