From Android Settings:
1. On the device while in Multi-App Mode, open Settings.
2. Click on "Accessibility" from the menu options.
3. Look for the "Esper Accessibility Service" and "Esper Remote Control Service" options and enable the permissions. When prompted, select Allow.
5. On the Esper portal, navigate to the remote viewer window (you may need to refresh the page).
6. You should be able to start a remote control session.
From Esper Device Settings:
1. On the device, open Esper Settings (you will need to set the device to multi-app mode first to access settings).
2. Click on "Remote Control".
If nothing happens when you click on "Remote Control", ensure that Android Settings is enabled through the Esper blueprint and that the device converged successfully. (Please contact NX Support.)
3. This will open the Android Settings app permission screen.
4. Look for the "Esper Accessibility Service" and "Esper Remote Control Service" options and enable the permissions.
5. In the console, navigate to the remote viewer window (you may need to refresh the page).
6. You should be able to start a remote control session.
