Included Items allow you to configure a group of modifier menu items and the prep mods that can be used for them to quickly setup Modifiers for a Menu Item.
Included items must be added from the List View but the appearance order can be adjusted using the Tile View. The Tile View allows you to manually move the included items by clicking and dragging items to reorder.
To configure included items on a menu item
- From the Menu Item edit form, click Included Items.
- Click Add.
- Use the Menu Item drop-down menu to select a menu item to attach.
Note: The menu item must be previously added before it can be associated with the new as an included item. - Use the right drop-down menu to select the Prep Modifier Group to associate with the included menu item. The Prep Modifier Group is preconfigured with Prep Modifiers to allow the addition, subtraction, or extra of any included ingredient of a menu item.
- (Optional) Use the up and down arrows to sort the order in which the included items are displayed.
Additionally, clicking the Tile View and clicking and dragging the included items allows you to sort the order in which the ingredients appear to the customer.
