Bulk Editing Menu Items

The NX Restaurant portal offers a highly efficient method for managing and modifying large menu inventories by bulk editing menu items. Bulk editing saves time by allowing you to update multiple items simultaneously, rather than each menu item individually. Whether adjusting prices, modifying item details, reporting categories, or available included items, bulk editing menu items simplifies large menu modifications. 

To bulk edit menu items in the NX Restaurant portal

1. Log into the NX Restaurant portal.
   
   
2. Select the location from the restaurant drop-down menu.
   
   
   
   
3. From the left sidebar navigation, click Menus > Items.
   
   
   
   
4. (Optional) Filter the menu items you wish to bulk edit using the Filter methods. For more information, refer to Filtering Menu Items.
   
   
5. In the bottom left, click the () bulk select icon.
   
   
   
   
6. Click the checkboxes next to each menu item to include in the selection. Or click the checkbox in the header of the menu items list to select all items in view.
   
   
   
   
7. Click Edit to bulk modify the selected menu items.
   
   
   
   Note: Clicking Delete removes all the menu items selected.
   
   
8. Modify the menu item attributes and click Save to modify multiple menu items simultaneously.
