Welcome to the NX Restaurant Portal!
Getting started with the NX Restaurant Portal is your first step toward mastering your store's operations. Whether you’re checking sales reports, updating your menu, or managing your team, the login process is designed to be secure and flexible.
Before You Begin
To access the portal, you must first be added to the system by an Account Administrator.
For Staff: Your manager will add you as an Employee.
For Corporate/Office: You will be added as an Enterprise User.
Once added, you’ll receive an invitation or confirmation email. Make sure you have the phone number or email address handy that is associated with your profile!
How to Sign In
The NX Portal offers two convenient ways to access your account. Choose the method that works best for you:
Method 1: The "Code" Login (Fast & Passwordless)
This is the most popular method because you don't have to remember another password!
Navigate to the NX Restaurant Login Page.
Select the Code tab at the top of the sign-in box.
Choose your delivery method: Phone (for SMS) or Email.
Enter your phone number or email address in the field provided.
Click Send Code.
Enter the 6-digit verification code you receive into the portal to be instantly logged in.
Method 2: The "Password" Login (Traditional)
If you prefer using a permanent password, this is the way to go.
Select the Password tab at the top of the sign-in box.
Enter your registered Email Address.
Type in your Password.
Click Sign In.
Pro Tip: If you ever forget your password, you can always switch back to the Code tab to get into your account instantly and reset your credentials later!
Troubleshooting Tips
Didn’t receive a code? Check your spam folder for emails or ensure your cell service is active for SMS. Codes usually arrive within 30 seconds.

"User Not Found"? Double-check with your admin that they used the correct spelling of your email or the right phone number when setting up your profile.
Not sure what your login information is? Confirm with your NX Restaurant Admin on what email address was used. Once you know the email address you can reset your password.
