How to Reset Your NX Portal Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or just want to update your security, resetting your NX Portal credentials is a straightforward process. As long as you have been added to the system by an Administrator as an Employee or Enterprise User, you can regain access in just a few steps.
Step 1: Navigate to the NX Portal
Navigate to the NX Restaurant login page.
Ensure you are on the Password tab.
Click the Forgot your password? link located at the bottom of the sign-in box.
Step 2: Request Your Reset Code
Once you click "Forgot your password," the system will prompt you for your account details:
Enter the Email Address associated with your NX Restaurant account.
Click the Send Code button.
Step 3: Create Your New Password
Check your inbox for a unique verification code. Once you have it, return to the portal screen to finish up:
Code: Enter the 6-digit verification code you received via email.
New Password: Type in your new, secure password.
Tip: Click the eye icon in the field to reveal the text and double-check your spelling.
Confirm Password: Re-type the password to ensure it matches.
Click Submit.
Troubleshooting Tips
Didn’t receive a code? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s still missing, click the Resend Code link at the bottom of the reset screen.
