💡 Enable Push Notifications: This is a must! To use Approval Requests, ensure you "Allow Notifications" when you first open the app. This ensures you never miss an urgent request from your team.
💡 The "86" From Anywhere: If you’re at the market and find out your vendor is out of a specific item, you can "86" it from the mobile app. It will instantly update your POS terminals and your online ordering menus.
Troubleshooting Quick-Fix
Don't see Approval Requests? Double-check your Alerts settings in the NX Portal > Configuration > Labor > Employees > Alerts. You must have "Approval Request" added as a triggering event and Push Notification" set as a destination.
App not syncing? Make sure you have a steady Wi-Fi or cellular connection. You can also "pull down" on the dashboard screen to force a fresh data sync.
