A Menu Category is how we organize Menu Items into sections to make it easy to navigate and find items for ringing in NX Restaurant.
A few examples would be Wine which contains all the wine menu items (the items themselves may prompt for a size such as glass or bottle), Beer contains all draft and bottle beers, Sandwiches may contain all sandwich like items such as paninis and hamburgers.
Menu Categories get attached to Areas allowing us to control what options are available to different groups of people for ringing.
